Kevin was born and raised in New London. Kevin and Karen married in 1996, and between the two of them, they have 4 kids and 5 grandchildren. Dan has worked with Heise Heating since he was 16, and became a co-owner in 2017.
In 2005, after many years of gaining experience, Kevin and Karen decided to branch out on their own, and Heise Heating & Air Conditioning was founded. We moved from Northport in 2017 to our current location at 330 N. Shawano St. in New London.
Our family business’ mission is to provide excellent customer service by going above and beyond the customer’s expectations.

Kevin has been in the heating and air conditioning field for over three decades. He likes researching new technology and designing efficient heating systems—when he’s not on his motorcycle, that is.

Karen’s 30+ years of business experience allows her to handle the administrative facets of the company. When she’s not spoiling her grandchildren, she’s trying to lose Kevin on her motorcycle.
Dan Heise, Co-Owner
Dan is Kevin and Karen’s son. He has been in the trade since 2009. Dan enjoys providing excellent customer service to the New London community, when he’s not hunting or watching the Packers or Brewers.
